Optmyzr gives you different options for account signup and/or login.

Optmyzr Account with Email & Password

You can create an Optmyzr account using your email and by creating a password. Use these credentials to log in to your account.

If you log in using Socials (Google or Microsoft) instead of your Default Email & Password combination, your login type will be changed. Subsequently, you will not be able to use your Email & Password combination to log in.

Optmyzr Account through Existing Social Credential

You can also sign up using your existing social credentials. This option won't prompt you to create a password, nor will the "reset password" option be available. Please note that only one social platform is supported for a given account.

If you decide to sign up via a social platform but don't have an account with them yet, Optmyzr will redirect you through the flow to create an account.

2-Step Verification

2-Step Verification also known as 2-Factor Authentication, is enabled by Optmzyr for all users by default. You will not be able to disable 2FA from the interface.

It's strongly advised to always keep 2-factor authentication (2FA) enabled for your account as it's a crucial security feature. If you prefer not to use 2FA, we recommend logging in with Google or Microsoft, as our system won't prompt for a 2FA code in those cases.

However, if you still wish to disable 2-factor authentication for your account, you'll need to send an email from your registered email address to your Optmyzr Account Manager, indicating your request to opt out of 2FA. Upon verifying the credibility of the email, our team will disable 2FA from the backend.
