The Pre-built Blueprints are meant to help you get started with goal-oriented tasks. There are 5 pre-built templates and you can choose to add one or more to your Blueprints.

When adding a pre-built template to your own Blueprint, you'll have the option to add it scheduled or on-demand. You can also choose if the status should be paused or active.
