The Optmyzr HubSpot Integration allows seamless synchronization of your Ads data into HubSpot, enabling you to view performance insights directly within your HubSpot company profile. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to set up the integration.

Key Features

  • CRM Card:

    • Displays key Google Ads metrics directly in your HubSpot Company Profile.

  • Customizations:

CRM Card

A HubSpot CRM card is a micro-application that displays data from an external source on a HubSpot record page. CRM cards can be used to display information about contacts, companies, deals, and tickets.

Prerequisites

Before setting up the integration, ensure the following:

  1. You have an active Optmyzr account.

  2. Admin permissions in your HubSpot account.

  3. The google_cid property is added to your HubSpot Company Profile (details on how to add it are below).

Setup Process

Follow these steps to set up the Optmyzr HubSpot Integration:

Step 1: Log In to Optmyzr

  1. Log in using your Optmyzr credentials.

Step 2: Connect Your HubSpot Account

  1. In Optmyzr, navigate to Link Accounts to Optmyzr > HubSpot Logins.

  2. Click Add a Hubspot Login.

  3. Log in to your HubSpot account using your credentials.

Step 3: Authenticate Optmyzr for HubSpot Integration

  1. After logging into HubSpot and choosing an account to link, you’ll be prompted to authorize the Optmyzr App.

  2. Review the requested permissions and click Connect App. Note: You might be prompted with connecting to an unverified app as Optmyzr HubSpot App is currently a custom app and not public yet.

  3. Once authenticated, you’ll be redirected to Optmyzr, where you can confirm the connection status.

Step 4: Add the google_cid Property in HubSpot

The integration requires a custom HubSpot property to store the Google Ads Customer ID.

  1. Log in to your HubSpot account.

  2. Go to Settings > Data Management > Properties.

  3. Select Company Properties and click Create Property.

  4. Enter the following details:

    • Label: Google CID

    • Internal Name: google_cid

    • Object Type: Company

    • Field Type: Single-line text

    • Description: Google Ads Customer ID in the format XXX-XXX-XXXX or XXXXXXXXXX.

  5. Save the property.

Now, update the google_cid field in each relevant Company Profile with the corresponding Google Ads Customer ID.

Step 5: Access the CRM Card in HubSpot

Once the setup is complete, the CRM Card will appear in the right-hand panel of the Company Profile in HubSpot.
