What Is It?

The Paid Campaign Launcher streamlines the process of creating and launching paid social advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. With this tool, you can quickly select accounts, customize campaign themes, and manage ad elements—all within an intuitive interface.

Getting Started

To access the tool, navigate to the left-hand side menu, click Campaign Launcher, and select Paid Campaign Launcher. Click ‘Create Optmyzr Social Campaign’ to start. You'll be redirected and prompted to add all the details to create a new campaign.

Platform & Account

Click ‘Select Accounts’ to choose the portfolio accounts and platforms where you'd like to launch your campaign. The tool currently supports Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Website URL and Brand Profile

Entering your website URL will enable the tool to automatically populate key Brand Profile assets, including text, images, logos, and colors. Providing a URL will also enable you to generate AI-powered* suggestions for your ad creatives.

This will help you streamline the ad creation process and ensure that brand guidelines are met. If you need to make changes, you can manually edit the AI-generated brand elements.

Creating and Managing Ads

Click on the ‘Create’ button to begin creating and customizing your ads. You can create new ads by uploading image Assets, copying from an existing campaign, or using a theme to build the ad from scratch.

1. Uploading Image Assets

  • First, select the platform for which you want to create the ad and then the ad type.

  • Next, upload up to 10 image assets and click on 'Next.'

  • You will be redirected to the ad editor, where you can add details like ad name, primary text, headline, URL, and CTA. Click on the 'Get AI Ad Text Suggestions' button to get AI suggestions*. You can always customize the suggestions with tailored prompts. Once you're done, click on 'Save Ads.'

2. Copy from an Existing Campaign

  • You can select up to 10 single-image ads or one carousel ad campaign to copy and duplicate. Once you've selected the campaigns, click on 'Next.'

  • You will be redirected to the ad editor, and the ad text will be prefilled with the same details as the ads you selected to duplicate. You can either manually edit these details or generate AI suggestions. Once you're done, click on 'Save Ads.'

3. Use a Theme

  • First, select the platform for which you want to create the ad and then the ad type.

  • Next, you can either start building your ad from a blank theme, use a prebuilt theme, or use an existing campaign's theme. Select one and click on 'Next.'

  • You can add new components (text, images, layers) or move the existing ones within the layout, and fine-tune the design. On the right-hand panel, enter the ad name, primary text, headline, description, destination URL, display URL, and call to action.

You can click on the 'Get AI Ad Text Suggestions' button to get suggestions* for all ad text components, including Primary Text, Headline, Description, and CTA, based on the URL entered. You can then tailor the Ad Text suggestions using custom prompts.

✨*AI-generated content (such as suggestions, summaries, or insights) is intended to support your decision-making. Please review and validate the output before applying any changes.

  • On the left-hand panel, you'll see an option for 'Variables'. In this section, you can configure dynamic variables, including text variables (such as brand name, URL, phone number, and CTA), color variables (to maintain brand consistency), and image variables (such as logos and watermarks). These dynamic variables will be used across all ads in the campaign.

  • Click ‘Save Ad’ once you're satisfied with the design. You can create additional ads if needed.

Campaign Attributes

Set campaign details, such as Campaign name, Campaign Status (you can launch a campaign in an active or paused status), budget, and schedule, for each account and page where you’re creating a campaign. You can also select a campaign objective:

  • For Meta campaigns: Awareness, Traffic, Engagement, Leads, App Promotion, or Sales.

  • For LinkedIn campaigns: Awareness, Job Applicants, Engagement, Website Conversions, or Website Visits.

Ad Set Attributes

In this section, define attributes for your Facebook and Instagram ad sets, including ad set name, ad set status (You can launch an ad set in an active or paused status), and conversion configuration, bidding, budget schedule, and audience targeting.

For audience targeting, you can create a new audience or select a pre-existing one from custom or saved audiences.

Launching Your Campaign

Once everything is set, you can click ‘Save as a Draft’ to store your campaign for later, or click the ‘Preview’ button to review all elements before submitting the campaign.

In the preview screen, you’ll find all the ads that will be created, followed by an overview of the settings. On the top right corner, you can choose to download a spreadsheet with the campaign details or click the ‘Submit’ button to launch the campaign.
