What Is It?

The Organic Campaign Launcher simplifies the process of creating and launching organic social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. With this tool, you can quickly select accounts, customize post themes, and manage post elements—all within an intuitive interface.

Getting Started

To access the tool, navigate to the left-hand side menu, click Campaign Launcher, and select Organic Campaign Launcher. Click ‘Create Organic Social Campaign’ to start.

Platform & Account

Click ‘Select Accounts’ to choose the portfolio accounts and platforms where you'd like to launch your post. The tool currently supports Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Post Theme

Click ‘Add Theme’ to either select one of the pre-built, customizable themes or start from a blank template. Click ‘Save’ to continue.

Creating and Managing Posts

Click ‘Create Posts’ to begin customizing your post. Choose a platform and post type, then click the ‘Create’ button.

Note: If you selected one of the pre-built themes, it will automatically adapt to the selected post type.

You can now add new components such as text, images, and layers, or move the existing ones within the layout and fine-tune the design. On the right-hand panel, enter the post name, primary text, headline, description, destination URL, display URL, and call to action (if applicable).

Click ‘Save Post’ once you're satisfied with the design. You can create additional posts if needed.

In this section, you can also configure dynamic variables, such as text variables (brand name, URL, phone number, CTA, etc.), color variables (to maintain brand consistency), and image variables (logos, watermarks, etc.). These dynamic variables will be used across all posts in the campaign.

Organic Post Attributes

Set the parameters for location-based targeting, such as countries, regions, cities, ZIP codes, geo markets, electoral districts, and country groups.

Launching Your Posts

Once everything is set, you can click ‘Save as Draft’ to store your post for later or click the ‘Preview’ button to review all elements before submitting the post.

In the preview screen, you’ll find all the posts that will be published, followed by an overview of the settings. On the top right corner, you can click the ‘Submit’ button to launch the campaign.
