You can create new audiences for Meta Ads directly from the Campaign Manager. To get started, navigate to the 'Audiences' tab in the Campaign Manager, where you'll find the option to create new audiences.

Currently, we only support the creation of Meta Custom Audiences. While you can view Lookalike Audiences and Saved Audiences, the creation of these audience types is not supported at this time.

1. Select a source: Choose a website from the dropdown.

2. Select an Event: Choose an engagement type from the dropdown. You will also see events from the particular source chosen.

Customer List

A customer list is a file containing information about your customers, such as names and email addresses, which are called identifiers. We use identifiers to match your customers to Facebook and Instagram users.

1. You can upload a CSV file of your customer list or manually add source data.

2. If you're uploading a CSV file, ensure it uses the correct column formatting that matches each identifier type. You will see the format, along with examples, when you select Customer List as your source.

Note: When uploading your customer list, you need to have at least one column from the ones mentioned under Primary/Main columns.

3. If you'd like to manually add source data, the format is already available. Simply enter the values and save them.

4. After uploading a CSV or manually entering customer data, add audience settings like name and description.

5. Finally, click on 'Create Custom Audience. '

Once you have created your custom audience, you will be redirected to the 'Audiences' tab in the Campaign Manager, where you will be able to see your newly created custom audience.
