What is it?
Okta is an enterprise-grade identity management service built for the cloud, helping connect people with various applications on any device. This, in turn, helps an organization manage employee access to those applications. You can read more about it here.
If you are a marketing agency or an advertiser using Okta to manage your organization's app integrations, follow the steps outlined below to successfully incorporate the Optmyzr app into your suite through Okta's application library.

FAQs
Can I create a free trial using Okta?
No, you can’t sign up or create a free trial directly through Okta. You’ll need to create your Optmyzr account first, and then you’ll be able to log in via Okta if your account has that feature enabled (available for Enterprise Plan users only).
Do I still need to invite team members (child users) from Optmyzr, or can I do that through Okta?
You’ll still need to invite team members from within Optmyzr. However, once you’ve activated Okta for your account, any new team members you invite will be required to authenticate using Okta when they accept the invitation. They won’t be able to set up a password login.
If I invite a teammate after setting up Okta, will they also need to use Okta?
Yes, once you’ve enabled Okta, any invited teammate will need to authenticate through Okta when accepting the invite. Regular password login won’t be available.
Will other login methods still work after I activate Okta?
No, once you activate Okta, all other login options (like email and password) will be disabled. If you ever need to switch back to password login, you’ll need to contact Optmyzr support, and we’ll help you make the change manually.
Will I still need to use OTP (2-factor authentication) with Okta?
No, OTP is only required for password-based logins. Once you’re using Okta, you won’t need to enter OTP codes.
Can some team members use Okta and others use regular login?
No, once you activate Okta, all team members on your account will be required to log in through Okta. Mixed login methods aren’t supported.
