Unsupported accounts are ad accounts that are not included in your current Optmyzr subscription.
For example:
You previously had Search + Social access and created a portfolio with Google + Meta accounts, but later cancelled one of the subscriptions.
Your free trial for Social or Search has expired.
Any campaigns or budget groups linked to such accounts become unsupported and cannot be processed in Budget tools.

If your subscription no longer covers certain accounts, for example, if you previously subscribed to Optmyzr for Social, but no longer do so,
Those accounts will no longer be analyzed in Budget Monitors or considered for reallocation in the Optimize Budgets tool.
Tools will exclude unsupported accounts from calculations, pacing, alerts, and recommendations.
This ensures that all budget insights and actions are based only on accounts included in your active plan.

If a Budget Monitor (especially at the portfolio level) contains campaigns from unsupported accounts:
The monitor will be automatically paused.
The Tracking Status column will indicate “Paused - Optmyzr for Search/Optmyzr for Social subscription deactivated.”
You can resume the monitor after removing unsupported accounts and reviewing the settings.

Since this is a portfolio-level tool, only portfolios fully supported by your subscription will function.
For example, if your portfolio contains Search and Social accounts but you no longer subscribe to Optmyzr for Search, the tool will not process Search accounts. It will continue to work as usual with data from the connected Social accounts.

Yes. The Portfolio Manager now displays a warning whenever a portfolio includes accounts outside your current subscription coverage.

Only if your portfolios contain accounts from a platform not included in your subscription.
Optmyzr for Social-only customers must ensure their portfolios do not include Search accounts.
