What Is It?

The Monitor Error Notification feature is a utility tool that shows a complete record of all your automation-related error notifications in one place.

The tool is a consolidated error log that gives you access to both active and past errors generated across all Optmyzr automation tools. Instead of relying on separate alerts, you can track every error in one place.

Each notification in the tool displays:

  • The user ID, account name, and account manager name

  • The Optmyzr tool that triggered the error

  • A short description of the error, as well as a detailed error log

  • The recipient of the error notification, as well as the date and time

  • The priority of the notification and the action taken

Why Use It?

The Monitor Error Notifications tool helps you stay on top of automation issues before they affect your operational flow. Instead of tracking errors across multiple tools, you get a centralized view of all your errors in your Optmyzr account.

The tool essentially helps you with:

  • Quick error identification

  • Access to detailed information about the error

This visibility makes it easier to resolve issues promptly, maintain automation reliability, and ensure your campaigns continue running smoothly.

How Does It Work?

When you open the Monitor Error Notification tool, you’ll see a list of all error notifications related to automation tools.

Filters For Navigation

You can use filters in the top right corner of the page to quickly access relevant notifications.

The filtering options are:

  • Account

  • Tool

  • Date range

  • Platform

  • Status

  • Priority

These filters help you focus on critical issues or review specific time periods without scanning the entire list.

Take Actions

Once you have identified the issue by reviewing the list, you can review the error details either in the description or in the detailed error log.

Confirm whether the issue has been resolved or not, and if needed, take corrective action in the relevant account or tool.
