Optmyzr gives you different options for account signup and/or log in.

Optmyzr Account with Email & Password

You can create an Optmyzr account using your email and by creating a password. Use these credentials to log in to your account.

If you log in using Socials (Google or Microsoft) instead of your Default Email & Password combination, your login type will be changed. Subsequently, you will not be able to use your Email & Password combination to log in.

Optmyzr Account through Existing Social Credential

You can also sign up using your existing social credentials. This option won't prompt you to create a password, nor will the "reset password" option be available. Please note that only one social platform is supported for a given account.

If you decide to sign up via a social platform but don't have an account with them yet, Optmyzr will redirect you through the flow to create an account.

2-Step Verification

If your company has a 2-step verification policy enforced, and you haven't enrolled yet, you might see the following error when accessing an account:

[AuthorizationError.TWO_STEP_VERIFICATION_NOT_ENROLLED @ ; trigger:'']

To fix this, you can set up 2-Step Verification for your login here. After you’ve enrolled, please try relinking the account back to Optmyzr.

This should fix the issue, but in case you still have questions, feel free to contact us, and our support team will be glad to help you.
