What Is an Add-On Account?

An add-on account in Optmyzr is an additional account that includes the same features as your current Premium or Enterprise subscription. It allows teams to operate in separate workspaces while remaining under the umbrella of a single billing relationship.

For Premium users, each add-on account costs $129/month. If you’re on an annual plan, you’ll receive a 30% discount, bringing the cost down to $1,082.40/year (equivalent to $90.20/month). Add-on accounts are free for Enterprise users.

These accounts do not have specific account limits, but their usage (linked accounts and ad spend) contributes to the limits of your main Optmyzr subscription. This means you could be charged overages if your total usage exceeds your plan’s allowance.

Note: Add-on accounts are only available for Premium (as a paid add-on) and Enterprise plans.

Use Cases

Add-on accounts are especially useful for:

  • Large agencies with multiple teams: Each team can manage its own set of PPC accounts in a separate Optmyzr environment.

  • Client-specific access: If a client wants to access their data in Optmyzr, but you don’t want to give them visibility into all your PPC accounts, an add-on account provides a secure and segmented solution.

How to Access Your Add-On Accounts

You can view and manage all your add-on accounts from the Add-On Accounts page, accessible via the settings icon on any Optmyzr page or directly via this link.

On this page, you'll see the Master Account, a list of the added Parent Users and their primary emails, the number of ad accounts linked, the number of associated team members, and the estimated spend for the past 30 days.

If any add-on account has accounts or users linked, you can download a list of them for easier management.

Note: Only the Primary Master User can access this page. If you should have access and don’t see it, contact us at support@optmyzr.com.

Setup & Management

How can I request an add-on account?

Create a free trial account and then contact our support team with the email address used. We’ll convert it into an add-on account and associate it with your parent Optmyzr account. The setup may take up to 48 hours.

Can I cancel an add-on account?

Yes. Email support@optmyzr.com or send a request through the interface. We’ll cancel the renewal and keep the account active until the end of its billing cycle. If you need immediate deactivation, just let us know.

What happens if I cancel my main Optmyzr subscription?

Your add-on accounts will also be cancelled. However, users of those accounts can choose to subscribe independently, and we’ll convert their add-on account into a full Optmyzr account.

Pricing & Billing

How much does an add-on account cost?

For Premium plan users, add-on accounts are available at the following rates:

  • $129/month on a monthly plan

  • $1082/year on an annual plan (30% discount, equivalent to $90.20/month)

Add-on accounts follow the same billing cycle as your main Optmyzr subscription.

For Enterprise plan users, add-on accounts are included at no additional cost, and you can create as many as needed based on your agreement.

How is usage counted?

All usage (number of accounts and total ad spend) from both the parent and add-on accounts is combined to determine if you're within your subscription plan limits. If the combined usage exceeds the limit, overage charges may apply. Learn more about overages here.

How many add-on accounts can I have?

There’s no set limit, but if you’re on a Premium plan and need more than three add-on accounts, we recommend upgrading to an Enterprise plan, which includes unlimited add-on accounts at no extra cost.
