Amazon Ads Account Data on the All Accounts Dashboard

Written by Geetanjali Tyagi
Updated this week

The performance of Amazon Ads accounts can be viewed alongside Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts on the All Accounts dashboard.

To ensure faster load times and reliable reporting, Amazon Ads data is cached starting from the date your account was connected to Optmyzr. Therefore, there are some limitations on the date ranges supported for Amazon Ads.

You won’t be able to select dates outside the Amazon Ads API lookback window available at the time your account was connected. Based on your selection, we display the last available date for the selected account or campaign type.

Supported Date Ranges

You can select from the following commonly used date ranges (subject to data availability):

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 14 days

  • Last 30 days

  • Last 60 days

  • Yesterday

  • Day before Yesterday

  • Last week

  • Custom

  • Offset

Note: As Amazon doesn't provide data for today, we are unable to fetch data for date ranges such as Today, This Month, This Year, This Quarter, etc, so these date ranges are not supported for Amazon accounts.

Metrics Supported

All the metrics that are supported by Google Ads and Microsoft Ads are also supported for Amazon Ads.

Apart from those, you'll also be able to see Amazon Seller Central metrics such as TACoS, Total Sales (organic + ad attributed), and Total Orders (organic + ad attributed) directly within this widget. These metrics enable a more comprehensive assessment of your campaigns, allowing you to better understand the impact of your paid traffic on overall sales performance.

Networks & Devices

Since Amazon doesn’t have the concept of networks and devices, we show an error for any network and device settings selected other than All Networks and Devices.

Comparison Mode (Starred Accounts)

If we are able to fetch the data for comparison, the system will display it otherwise it will throw an error.

Notes and Tags

Notes and tags are supported.

Alerts and Trends

We DO NOT support alerts or trends for Amazon Ads accounts.

Bulk Edits

Bulk edits are supported.

Renaming your Amazon Ads Accounts

You can rename your Amazon Ads accounts on the All Accounts Dashboard by pressing on either Bulk Edit or on the Edit icon next to the account, as highlighted below:
