Why do I see more ads in Optmyzr than in my Google Ads account?
This could be happening because Optmyzr uses the API to pull data which also returns any ad variations that you are running under experiments. Check 'Ad Variations' under Drafts and Experiments in your Google Ads account to see if the extra ads you see in Optmyzr are showing up there. If not, feel free to contact our support team.

Yes, while evaluating the results, the audits take into consideration all the keywords present in the Shared Negative List as well.
