Budget Dashboard
The Budget Dashboard is a centralized view for monitoring and managing your budgets at both the single account and portfolio levels. It consolidates key budget signals — spend summary, pacing status, spend projection, media mix, and script status — into one place so you can identify issues and act without navigating across tools.
Spend Projection
The Spend Projection tool uses historical seasonality and recent performance data to predict how much a Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Yahoo Japan Ads, or Amazon Ads account is likely to spend by the end of the selected time period. It shows projected expected, minimum, and maximum spend ranges — both cumulative and daily — so you can identify early if an account is pacing toward underspend or overspend and adjust before it's too late.
Reallocate and Optimize Budgets
The Reallocate and Optimize Budgets tool lets you assess and adjust budgets for individual accounts or across portfolios. It analyzes spend across campaigns and shared budgets, identifies portions unlikely to be fully spent, and reallocates them toward campaigns with stronger performance potential. The tool offers two system-generated optimization strategies — Smart Strategy and Optimize for Metric — as well as manual editing.
Budget Tracking and Alerts
The Budget Monitor Alerts in Optmyzr help you track and manage monthly budgets across all platforms — Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Yahoo Japan Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You can set up budget alerts at both the single account and portfolio (multi-account) levels.
Set up budget monitors for your pottfolios, your entire account or select specific campaigns and shared budgets to track. You can:
Be notified when your account is underpacing or overpacing.
Be notified when spend reaches a specific threshold of your target budget.
Automatically adjust budgets to reach the target.
Pause campaigns automatically when aggregate spend approaches the target budget, and re-enable them on the 1st of the next month.
Reach Target Monthly Spend Script
The Reach Target Monthly Spend script automatically adjusts campaign-level and shared budgets on a daily basis to help an account hit its monthly spend target. It calculates the remaining budget and distributes it across the remaining days of the month, keeping spend on track without manual intervention.
Note: This script is not compatible with Google Ads Campaign total budgets. We also recommend not using this script alongside the Reallocate and Optimize Budgets tool, as both modify daily budgets and will override each other's changes.
Pause When Things Spend Too Much Script
The Pause When Things Spend Too Much script checks whether a keyword, ad, ad group, campaign, or account has exceeded the budget you set for it. When the limit is hit, it pauses the entity and sends you an email notification. At the start of the next budget period, it automatically re-enables the paused entity.
Bulk Upload Options
The Bulk Upload Options feature lets you update account attributes and budget information across multiple accounts and budget groups at once, directly from the All Accounts Dashboard.
You can download a sample file with your live Optmyzr data, edit it, and upload changes for account attributes, immediate budget changes, or budget changes scheduled for a future date. Uploads must follow the exact structure of the sample file and are supported in CSV format or via a linked Google Sheet.
