What is Optmyzr Basic?

Optmyzr Basic is a free and lighter version of Optmyzr Core that can be used for basic reporting.

It is the right fit if you are interested in one of our Optmyzr solutions but not yet ready to commit to a subscription plan. Whenever you log into Optmyzr, you can opt for the Basic interface, which is perfect for simply maintaining access and keeping an eye on all your Ads accounts.

What can I do with Optmyzr Basic?

With more and more advertising being automated, growing businesses and marketers deserve unbiased recommendations on the health of their campaigns, and Optmyzr Basic delivers such suggestions for free.

The Optmyzr Basic plan gives you limited access to some features in Optmyzr like the All Accounts Dashboard and the Account Dashboard. Along with that, it offers valuable insights to help you stay informed about your account's activity over the past 30 days through ready-to-use reports and audits.

On the Account Dashboard, you get access to some essential widgets that help analyze your account's performance. However, this plan does not grant access to optimizations, as you are not allowed to make changes directly through the interface.

To get instant access to the full power of Optmyzr, including automation, select one of Optmyzr's plans.

If you were a canceled user and you decide to re-subscribe to one of our paid plans, your previously configured automations will be saved and displayed as paused. You can re-enable them from the Automation Schedules page.

All Accounts Dashboard

The All Accounts Dashboard simplifies the task of monitoring and handling your Ads accounts. It provides an overall view of performance data from Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, and Yahoo Japan Ads, enabling you to analyze performance and identify optimization possibilities from a single location.

With Optmyzr Basic, you are limited to viewing performance data for the past 30 days only, with many of the filtering and comparison features restricted.

Note: In Optmyzr Basic, certain features are limited, including the lack of support for alerts and certain performance charts on the dashboard. These performance charts will however display sample data.

Account Dashboard

The Account Dashboard provides quick takeaways for your account, which helps you easily recognize where your focus needs to be. You can view the overall account, campaign, ad group, and keyword level performance, with the ability to segment it by network and device, as well as analyze performance by labels.

The dashboard includes various widgets to support different types of information. Here are some of the widgets you can access via Optmyzr Basic:

Note: Dashboard widgets that are not supported in Optmyzr basic will be displayed using sample dummy data.

Performance Metrics

The Performance Metrics widget gives you a quick overview of your account's performance by displaying the various KPIs and corresponding data for the last 30 days.

You will only have access to view the performance of limited metrics under Optmyzr Basic.

Metric Comparison

Using metric comparison, you can select and compare metrics for the last 30 days. Information on your top campaigns, ad groups, and keywords can be analyzed on the account dashboard and you can select the deciding metric to get the required results.

PPC Audit Score

The PPC Account Audit widget is a quick and easy way to audit your account and view an overall average performance grade to see how everything is doing. It assigns a relevant grade to each component of your account based on relative factors.

To view the full audit report click on the ‘View Report’ button placed at the bottom left of the widget.

This is a lighter version of the PPC Policy and Audit tool we have available in Optmyzr Core.

Express Suggestions

Find your to-do list for each account under Optmyzr Express. This tool allows you to breeze through multiple optimization tasks in minutes. The number mentioned after the task name indicates the number of suggestions available.

With Optmyzr Basic, Express Suggestions can only be viewed and not applied.

Top Elements Analysis

Quickly locate the top campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and other assets based on the desired metric. For example, to reduce wasted spend, you can analyze top-spending elements by just selecting cost from the dropdown.

View the entire table to see detailed information on the insights shown.

Quick Insights

Quick Insights gives you important on-the-go information with graphs about the performance of your account in various aspects.

You'll be able to download a CSV report including more details for each quick insights chart by clicking on the download button.

If you find that the suggestions provided by widgets like Quick Insights, Express Suggestions, and PPC Audit Score seem outdated, you can click on the 'Force refresh suggestions' to get new ones.

PPC Investigator

This tool helps you find exactly what caused a metric to increase or decrease. Answering the question of why cost/clicks changed in the last 30 days compared to the previous month can give you great insights into account improvement.

The concept of this is based on the fact that the performance of every metric depends on the performance of other underlying metrics, and we use the relationships between the metrics to show potential causality.

Account Performance Reports

This widget provides you with ready-made performance reports to view and send in just a few minutes. You can choose from our instant report templates, preview them, and share them with your team members.

Optmyzr Basic offers you the capability to view and download the report as a PDF or an Excel. However, you will not be able to customize and schedule these reports.

Optmyzr Basic is not a permanent experience, and it's not intended as a replacement for Optmyzr's paid plans. If you are a user with an expired trial or a canceled account, you will need to manually select the Basic option every time you log back into the platform.
