Connecting Your Ads Accounts in Optmyzr's Free Trial - FAQ

When signing up for a free trial of Optmyzr, we understand you may have concerns about connecting your ads accounts. We want to reassure you that we take your privacy and security very seriously and want to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision.

1. Will Optmyzr make changes on my behalf?

Optmyzr won't make any unauthorized changes on your behalf so you'll stay in control at all times.

When you connect your ads accounts to Optmyzr, we won't make any changes to your campaigns without your explicit permission (through the ‘Apply’ button in the UI). Optmyzr is designed to provide you with insights and optimization suggestions, but ultimately, you'll have complete control over your campaigns.

2. I run ads for a client but I don’t want them to know I’m testing Optmyzr. Will they be notified?

If you run ads for a client, we understand that you may not want them to know that you're using a third-party tool. They won't be notified or receive an alert of the account linking.

3. Will I be charged?

No. We don't require your credit card information when you sign up for a free trial, which means you won't be charged anything during the trial period. If you decide to subscribe after the trial, you'll need to provide payment information at that time.

4. Is Optmyzr GDPR compliant?

5. Can I choose which accounts to link?

Yes, you have full control over which accounts you link to Optmyzr. If you're using a Google Ads Manager account, you can choose to link all accounts under that manager, or select specific accounts to link. By default, we link all or most of your ads accounts but you are free to unlink accounts at any time (please see section 6 below). This means you can pick and choose which accounts you want to manage in Optmyzr. If you don’t want to link accounts in bulk, please contact our support team.

That said, we do recommend testing a multi-account approach as well, as some of Optmyzr's solutions are designed to help you manage multiple accounts in a fast and easy way. Optmyzr is built to provide flexibility, so you can choose the approach that works best for your business needs.

6. Can I unlink accounts during the trial?

Yes, you can easily manage your linked accounts from within Optmyzr. Simply go to the All Accounts Dashboard and click on the three dots next to the account's performance metrics columns you wish to unlink.

You can also manage your accounts through this page, where you'll be able to add or remove logins, as well as link ads accounts.
