What does the "Other" category encompass in Optmyzr's PMax Channel Distribution?

The "Other" category includes a combination of channels served by Performance Max, such as Search, Gmail, Maps, and Discover. This classification is used when data does not fit neatly into the predefined categories of Shopping, Display, or Video within Optmyzr's analysis.

Why is there no Clicks data for some campaigns?

The absence of Clicks data for certain campaigns could stem from Performance Max's limitations regarding the information provided for different channels. While Cost data might be available, Click data for specific channels may not be accessible due to how Google Ads structures its reports.

Why does the widget show a 0% metric distribution for a specific channel when there is data for that channel in the detailed table?

The distribution percentage displayed by the widget is based on a relative comparison among the different channels. This means that a channel's percentage will be higher if all other channels compared to it performed less.

For example, in the screenshot above, the impressions gathered by PMax campaigns are significantly higher across the shopping channel as compared to the other channels. The difference between impressions is so high that the relative percentage of both Display and Video channels are below quantifiable levels i.e., tending toward zero.
