To access the page where you can add or remove accounts and assign them to portfolios, head over to the All Portfolio Dashboard and click on the 'Manage Linked Accounts' button.

The Manage Linked Accounts page lets you connect manager accounts (logins) from ad platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to Optmyzr for Social. Each manager account can have multiple ad accounts associated with it, and all linked accounts will be displayed when a specific login (manager account) is selected.

The list displays all accounts and pages linked to a login, regardless of whether they’re currently part of the portfolio. Accounts or pages not yet associated will have a ‘+’ button to add them, while those already associated will show a ‘-’ button to remove them.

Creating portfolios is a quick and easy way to manage multiple accounts more effectively. From the All Portfolio Dashboard, click on the ‘Add Another Portfolio’ button to begin the portfolio creation process.

In the Portfolio Creation Flow, you'll first be prompted to name the new portfolio. We recommend choosing a clear, descriptive name to easily identify it later. Next, you can add new logins, associate the desired accounts and pages, and configure settings such as currency and time zone.

Once you save the configuration, the new portfolio will appear in your Optmyzr for Social profile.

To edit portfolio details, go to the All Portfolio Dashboard. Click on the three-dot menu at the end of the portfolio row and select ‘Edit Portfolio Details’.

A side tray will open where you can update details for the portfolio, including its name, owner, notes, tags, monthly target budget, budget cycle date, currency, and time zone.

To delete a portfolio from your Optmyzr for Social profile, you must first remove all accounts associated with it. Use the Manage Linked Accounts page to remove accounts by clicking the ‘-’ button next to each account.

Once all accounts are removed, the portfolio will no longer appear on the interface.
