What Is It?
The All Portfolio Dashboard is a one-stop solution for easily managing and monitoring all your portfolios. You can add up to 5 Search accounts (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, Yahoo Ads). The All Portfolio Dashboard helps you visualize performance data and find optimization opportunities across all connected accounts.
If you also use Optmyzr for Social, your social portfolios will appear here as well, alongside your Search ones—giving you a centralized view across both.

How to Access the Dashboard
You can easily access the All Portfolio Dashboard from the All Accounts Dashboard by using the toggle 'View Accounts by Portfolio' at the top right.
Edit Portfolio Details
You can delete a portfolio or edit information for a particular portfolio directly from the All Portfolio Dashboard. You'll find the option to Edit Portfolio Details by clicking on the three-dot menu at the end of each row.
The side tray that opens up lets you edit the portfolio name, accounts included, currency, time zone, and the portfolio manager. You can also see the accounts linked to the portfolio under Portfolio Preview.
Additional Features
Date Range
Click on the dropdown menu to select a pre-set date range from the list or specify a custom one.
Column Selection
Click on the ‘Choose Columns’ icon to add/remove the performance metrics, conversion metrics, and conversion metrics you’d like to include in the table.
We recommend selecting no more than 15 columns for a better visualization experience.
Once you’re done with the column selection, you can click on ‘+ Create Custom Preset’ to save the view.
Full-screen Mode
Click on the icon beside the column selector to enter full-screen mode, and get a clearer view of the dashboard to better visualize your account's data.
Express Suggestions
The Suggestions column on the dashboard shows you the number of express suggestions available for each of the portfolios. Clicking on the number opens a side tray for you to view the details of the suggestions.

Yes! You can connect accounts from Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, and Yahoo Ads into a single portfolio.
How many accounts can I include per portfolio?
Each portfolio can include up to 5 accounts from supported platforms.
