Optmyzr Sidekick for Reports: User Guide

Optmyzr Sidekick, which was previously available on the account and portfolio dashboards, is now available for Reports as well. This chatbot feature uses a combination of generative AI, as well as homegrown machine learning algorithms, to analyze optimizations and performance indicators of your account to provide you with valuable feedback, quick optimizations, ad suggestions, etc., that you can perform right away.

The Optmyzr Sidekick in Reports allows you to interact directly with your report data, making it easier to uncover key insights without needing to sift through every metric manually. The AI assistant enables you to explore the report content conversationally.

Why Use It?

The Sidekick can help you analyze your report and:

  • Quickly summarize large reports without reading every section.

  • Identify unusual spikes or drops in performance.

  • Get guided explanations of metrics and trends.

  • Easily find the important areas that need special attention

Where to Find It?

You can access the Reporting Sidekick directly from the preview page of your report in Optmyzr. Please note that this feature won't show up in your scheduled reports or links.

Pre-Built Prompts

Currently, we support a set of pre-built prompts, designed to give you important trends and summaries quickly. Here is a list of the pre-built prompts:

  1. Summarize the key points of this report

  2. Highlight 3 areas that are performing well

  3. Identify areas needing attention and suggest improvements

  4. Provide the top 3 insights from this report

How Does the Sidekick Generate Responses?

The chatbot references data from your report, so the answers it provides are specific to what you’re viewing—no need to navigate to other tools. It processes your query and highlights relevant parts of the report with clear, concise answers.
