Campaign Automator pricing varies by access—either through an Optmyzr for Search subscription or, if needed, as a standalone product.

How Billing Works

Billing is based on usage, not on the number of accounts linked to Optmyzr.

Charges apply only when you run Campaign Automator templates (either manually or through scheduled automation) for a given account.

To avoid extra charges, make sure automation is turned off, and templates are not applied in accounts you don’t plan to use during the billing period.

Optmyzr for Search Subscription

With an Optmyzr for Search Premium subscription (new plans only), you get access to Campaign Automator with the following pricing and limits:

  • Included: Use Campaign Automator for one account at no additional cost.

  • Additional accounts: $89/month per extra account using Campaign Automator.

  • Inventory source setup:

    • Self-setup ($0): Available for Google Sheets and Google Merchant Center feeds.

    • Assisted setup (from $199 one-time per feed): Required for other feed sources, or when custom setup is needed (e.g. modified data columns, data integrations, template build-outs).

Note: The final setup fee may vary depending on the setup complexity. If you connect an additional data source later, you pay the setup fee again for that feed.

Campaign Automator Only

We recommend subscribing to one of our Optmyzr for Search Premium plans, which include Campaign Automator for one account at no extra cost—along with full access to Optmyzr’s optimization, reporting, and automation tools.

If you prefer to use Campaign Automator on its own, a standalone subscription is available:

  • $249/month for 1 account

  • $89/month for each additional account

  • Setup fees and product limits apply as outlined above

Product Limits and Processing Fees

  • Products allowed in feed/account: 50,000

  • Extra products: $15 per additional 10,000 products processed (daily refreshes included)

Supported Data Sources

Campaign Automator supports a variety of data sources, including:

  • Google Sheets

  • Google Merchant Center

  • CSV files

  • XML files

  • FTP

  • Amazon S3

How do I stop being charged for Campaign Automator?

If you’re on an Optmyzr Premium plan, billing is based on usage. To avoid charges, simply turn off automation schedules and avoid manually applying templates in additional accounts.


If you’re on a Campaign Automator–only plan, the base subscription fee applies regardless of usage. To cancel, email support@optmyzr.com.

Can I cancel Campaign Automator anytime?

Yes. Campaign Automator-only subscriptions can be canceled by contacting our team at support@optmyzr.com. Premium users do not need to cancel Campaign Automator separately—just stop using it to avoid charges.

What if I need Campaign Automator for more than 5 accounts?
