Cross-Platform and Multi-Account Dashboards

Premium Users and above will have access to portfolio dashboards, where you can create portfolios or group accounts to get insights and optimization suggestions on a portfolio level.

While the All Portfolio Dashboard will give you details of all the portfolios in the accounts, the Portfolio Dashboard provides quick takeaways at the portfolio level.

Competitor Insights and Vertical Benchmarks

All Premium users will have access to all the competitor insights tools, like PPC Vertical Benchmarks.

The PPC Vertical Benchmarks is an insight tool that lets you compare the performance of your account against other accounts in the same industry vertical or across verticals.

The tool lets you compare how key metrics like Average CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, CTR, and ROAS for your account compare to others in your industry vertical.

Smart Placement Exclusions

The Smart Placement Exclusions for Apps and Display Network tool will protect your Google Ads account from showing ads on low-quality placements on the Google Display Network, including mobile apps.

This tool uses data from thousands of Google Ads accounts to find bad placements. Instead of waiting for these placements to spend money on wasted clicks and then excluding them, the tool excludes them.

Daily Rule Engine Automations

The premium plan includes daily Rule Engine automations, apart from the weekly and monthly automations.

White Labeled Shareable Dashboards

Optmyzr's Shareable Dashboards is a live view of the Account Dashboard that can be shared externally as a link.

The Premium allows you to set up a custom domain for your Shareable Dashboard to create a personalized PPC experience for your clients and stakeholders.

Automated Report Delivery

Premium users will be able to schedule reports to be emailed as PDF attachments or dynamic links on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Cross-Platform or Multi-Account Reports

Premium users will have access to create multi-account reports. The Multi-Account Report tool lets you include data from multiple Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Analytics, Amazon Ads, and Facebook accounts in the same report.

You can also aggregate data across accounts using the specialized multi-account reporting widgets.

Shopping and PMax Retail Campaign & Feed Management

Shopping and PMax Retail Campaign Creation

Premium users will have access to the Shopping Campaign Management tool that lets you create campaigns with multiple levels of product partitions through a single click. You can create multiple campaigns with hundreds of ad groups and thousands of product groups in just a few minutes.

It lets you create Standard Shopping campaigns as well as Performance Max campaigns. You can also create Optmyzr Smart Campaigns (Standard Shopping campaigns using Target ROAS bidding strategy) using this tool.

Automated Campaign Sync with Feed Changes

The Shopping Campaign Management tool also helps keep Google Ads Shopping and Performance Max campaigns in sync with the merchant feed. It can run on all ad groups in the campaign together, which makes it much more efficient to use when you have many ad groups.

Merchant Feed Analysis

The Merchant Feed tab in the Shopping Campaign Management tool shows you a list of all the feeds connected to the Optmyzr account. Allowing you to see the number of products each one has when they were last modified, resync the feed, and view the feed analysis, which shows you valuable data such as all attributes available, along with the number of variations and their product coverage.

Merchant Feed Audits

The Shopping Feed Audit tool grades your merchant feed and shopping campaigns based on common parameters to identify quick opportunities for improvement.

By providing a series of product, campaign, and product/listing group audits, the tool helps you maintain a well-structured and organized campaign setup. Use the audit to make data-driven optimizations to your campaigns and feeds, and ensure your campaigns perform at their best.

Automated Product-Level Reporting & Labeling

Premium users will have access to the Smart Product Labeler tool, which helps you simplify and enhance product labeling in your shopping campaigns. You can create custom rules to label your products based on performance metrics and feed attributes.

You can also get custom suggestions for performance buckets and labels to help you segregate your products more efficiently.

Shopping Automations

The Premium plan allows you to create and manage your shopping-related tasks using Account Blueprints. You can set up workflows to better manage your ecommerce accounts.

You will also be able to set up daily, weekly, and monthly shopping-related automations.

Budget Monitoring & Optimization

Cross-Platform Budget Pacing and Alerts

Premium users will be able to set up Budget pacing and monitoring alerts at a multi-account or portfolio level. Additionally, you will also be able to set up single-account KPI alerts for products and Feed.

The Multi-Account Budget Alert option, when creating a new alert, is a feature that works in sync with our Optimize Budgets - Multi Account Portfolio tool.

Cross-Platform Budget Optimizations, Analysis, and Projections

The Premium plan allows users to view budget optimizations, analysis, and projections at a portfolio level in the Budget Dashboard.

Workflow Management

Import Different Data Sources With The Data Integration Tool

The Data Integrations tool is built to import different data sources or integrate different platforms like Customer Relationship Management Systems to Optmyzr.

On the Premium plan, you can pull in data sources from Google Spreadsheets, Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce, and Shopify.

Support and Onboarding

Tailored Onboarding Sessions With an Optmyzr Expert

The premium plan includes two 30-minute onboarding sessions led by an experienced person from the Optmyzr team. We'll help you get started with connecting your accounts, setting up initial alerts and automations, etc.

Unlimited Ad Accounts

Premium and above plan users can connect an unlimited number of ad accounts to Optmyzr.

Please note, however, that our fair usage policy applies.

Regular Training Sessions

The Optmyzr team will set up training sessions every six months, where you will be walked through major updates. You can also use these sessions to learn more about Optmyzr capabilities and how best to use the features.

Premium users enjoy additional benefits, including priority support with email responses and issue resolutions within 6 business hours on weekdays.

Additional Optmyzr Add-On Accounts

An add-on Optmyzr account is an extra Optmyzr account that has the same features as your current subscription plan. Premium users can get additional Optmyzr accounts as a paid add-on.
