This is a new scope in the Rule Engine. You can use it to apply bid adjustments at the device level (only).

Step 1: Go to Rule Engine -> Add strategy -> Add a new strategy.

Step 2: Click 'Create my own strategy -> Next'.

Right now there is no pre-built strategy available. We will add those soon.

Step 3: Click 'Bid Adjustments' -> Bid Adj. Campaign -> Device -> OK'. Then click 'Next'.

Step 4: Give the strategy a name and click 'Proceed'.

Step 5: You will land on the strategy page where a basic strategy is created for you.

Click on the default strategy and then click 'Edit'.

Create the condition for the strategy below.

Then select a value.

Note: You can set a campaign-level bid adjustment and the ad groups will inherit that. We support ad group-level bid adjustments too in the Rule Engine, but it's a different scope. To read more on that, click here.

Note: The Rule Engine doesn't show TV Screen in devices for bid adjustments as the API doesn't support it as of now.

A limit of -100% at the campaign level will ignore any ad group level bid adjustment.
