List of Available Audits for Google Ads with Performance Max Campaigns

  • Assets with 'Low' Performance Labels - Checks for all the Performance Max assets with “Low” performance labels.

  • Campaigns with Final URL Expansion turned Off - This audit lists the Performance Max campaigns that have the “Final URL Expansion” setting turned off.

  • Asset Groups with No Audience Signal - Checks for the Asset Groups that do not have an audience signal added to them.

  • Asset Groups with Too Few Headlines - Checks for asset groups with too few headline assets, allowing you to set the maximum/minimum number of allowed headline assets.

  • Asset Groups with Too Few Long Headlines - Checks for asset groups with too few long headline assets, allowing you to set the maximum/minimum number of allowed long headline assets.

The audit 'List: Account Ad Schedules' within Advanced Targeting also considers PMax campaigns.

You have the option to create an ad schedule for your PMax campaigns either through the Google Ads interface or by using our Hour of the Week Bid Adjustments tool. Please note that the tool will not be able to perform bid adjustments; it will only schedule your campaigns to run at specific times.

Express Optimizations

  • PMax Asset Groups with no Audience Signal - Add audience signals to asset groups with no audience signal in them. You can add any of the existing signals, or create your own using search segments.
