Why does Sidekick occasionally report wrong calculations when asked to generate a particular result?

Mathematical and logical errors might be attributed to an error on the side of the Large Language Model used to train the chatbot. We are continually working to rectify such errors, but some may persist.

Sidekick mentioned a tool but I cannot find it anywhere in Optmyzr.

On rare occasions, the AI might produce incorrect names for our tools and could suggest the use of non-existing tools. Additionally, it may alter the names of KPIs and ad metrics. We are actively working to reduce the occurrence of such instances; however, it's important to note that this unpredictable behavior is inherent in Large Language Models, and a resolution cannot be guaranteed.

What data does Sidekick have access to for my accounts?

Optmyzr Sidekick has access only to the Account, Campaign, Positive keywords, and Ads performance reports of your ad accounts, using them as a data source for its responses.

However, Meta does not provide any data on Keywords, and hence keyword analysis is not supported by Sidekick for your Facebook Ads accounts.

Your account data is only accessed when the AI is generating a response for a query, we do not use it for training purposes.

Why did Sidekick give an irrelevant response to my query?

You might still encounter instances where, if asked, Sidekick may generate an irrelevant response related to keywords for Facebook. This is because the AI will always try to answer any query given to it, but the lack of data points might result in irrelevant answers.
