Monitoring and showcasing account performance through the dashboards and audits

Choose your favorite Optmyzr insights while sharing the Account Dashboard

The Shareable Account Dashboard feature now allows you to showcase your account’s performance by sharing only the insights you deem necessary for your client or team member to see. Only the "Performance Metrics" widget is set to get you started; play around and easily add or remove widgets to create a personalized view according to your preferences. Additionally, the system automatically adjusts the positions of the selected widgets to ensure that the dashboard is visually appealing.

Support for “By conv. Time” metrics for added insight into your accounts’ conversions

Gain deeper insights into your account's conversions by considering the time taken to convert. Now, supported in both the All Accounts Dashboard and the Account Dashboards, you can utilize the following new metrics:

  • All conv. (by conv. time)

  • All conv. value (by conv. time)

  • Conversions (by conv. time)

  • Conv. value (by conv. time)

  • Value / all conv. (by conv. time)

  • Value / Conv. (by conv. time)

  • ROAS (by conv. time)

  • Cost/Conv (by conv. time)

PPC Audit Score now available for Microsoft Ads accounts

Monitor the performance of your Microsoft Ad accounts directly from the All Accounts Dashboard and the Account Dashboard with Optmyzr's powerful account audit report accessible through the 'PPC Audit Score' widget. You can even customize the audit parameters to align with your specific business standards!

Customize the “All Accounts Dashboard” view to your preference

Here’s your chance to analyze the All Accounts Dashboard insights in your favorite view, even within a team environment. Retain your preferred date ranges, network filters, and accounts for analysis in the All Accounts Dashboard every time you log into Optmyzr by saving your desired view as the default. You can name and save your customized view either solely for your use or for the entire team. If no specific view is selected or saved, the default view remains as the 'System Default', which cannot be edited.

Say goodbye to endless scrolling for your ad copy in the Optmyzr Sidetray

To make it easier for you to analyze ads in the ad group through the Optmyzr Sidetrays, we’ve introduced the “Search bar” feature, allowing you to search for your ad copy using phrases present in headlines, descriptions, URLs, and more. Additionally, you can now filter to view only paused or enabled ads, with the system ensuring that enabled ads appear at the top of the list by default.

Monitor Google Ads Offline Conversion Imports status

Gain insight into offline activities following ad clicks or calls with Offline Conversion Imports. With our brand-new PPC Account Audit within the "Account" section, you can monitor the status of these imports in your account. Add it to your scheduled or ad-hoc audit reports to stay informed. Particularly crucial as we transition into a first-party data-focused world!

Rule Engine updates

Make bid adjustments for audiences categorized by income levels

Rule Engine now lets you optimize your audience targeting with custom ad group-level bid adjustments based on income levels. For instance, you can increase bid adjustments or generate reports on automation for individuals in the Top 25% income bracket within your targeted demographic, allowing for more refined campaign targeting and optimization.

Automate reporting and exclusion of expensive listing groups with Rule Engine

Introducing a new 'pre-built' Rule Engine strategy designed to 'Identify Expensive Listing Groups' within Performance Max campaigns, to help you minimize budget potentially being wasted on them. You can customize the strategy's conditions to align with your preferences and add actions to automate excluding the identified listing groups from your PMax campaigns.

Enhanced Rule Engine capabilities for Amazon Sponsored Display campaigns

Gain greater control over your Amazon Sponsored Display Campaigns by creating custom Rule Engine strategies across all scopes. In addition to the existing “Product Target” and “Audience Target” scopes, you can now create strategies at all levels, including “Campaign”, “Ad group”, “Advertised product”, and “Ad” levels. Moreover, you can now manage service ads for non-endemic display campaigns within the "Ad" scope of the Rule Engine.

Control your PMax Retail campaigns: Choose activation of "Automatically Created Assets"

Take charge of your Performance Max Retail campaigns by deciding whether to activate the "Automatically Created Assets" setting while creating them via Optmyzr. In our Shopping Campaign Management and Shopping Campaign Builder 2.0 tools, you have the flexibility to select whether Google automatically generates Text and Final URL Expansion assets. By default, this setting is turned off (and can be manually activated), ensuring you have more control over your PMax campaigns.

Swedish language supported in Reports

Optmyzr now supports creating and scheduling insightful reports in Swedish (Svenska), expanding our language options beyond the currently supported languages in the Reporting tool. This update allows you to showcase your accounts' performance to Swedish clients effortlessly, eliminating possible translation errors.
