Where to find the Active Alerts
You can view your alerts from different places:
All throughout the Interface
The bell icon throughout the interface gives you an idea of the number of alert notifications available for your whole Optmyzr account. This will open a right-side tray with the option to filter by account, type, or research any information regarding the alert(s).
Please note that these are not specific to a particular user or account.
All Accounts Dashboard
1) Hovering
Individually on the main dashboard by hovering over the metric. A link to "investigate" might appear in the pop-up window when supported. This will redirect you to our PPC investigator tool for that particular account and specific metrics to analyze what happened. Read more about this feature here.
2) Side Bar
Through the Active Alerts page, located on the left sidebar of the All Accounts Dashboard.
By default, this page will load with a filter to only see the alerts owned by you. This means it will include all alerts specific to any account you own on the All Accounts Dashboard, alerts for multi-account budgets you set up, or alerts you created and defined to be notified over email. By unselecting the option, you will see all active alerts.
Account Dashboard
Clicking on the alert box will open the alert side tray to display the alert specific to the account you are currently reviewing. You can also change any filter to select any other level.
Active Alerts Sidebar
In the Active Alerts sidebar, you'll find the option to view only your alerts, only unread alerts, or all active alerts. You can filter by account type, alert type (Metric, single acc. Budget, multi acc. Budget, Rule Engine, or Anomaly), and sort by the severity of the same.
On the right side, you'll find two buttons; one will allow you to connect to Slack or MS Teams, and the other one will take you directly to the Alerts Settings page.
View Alert Trend
When clicking the alert for a specific row, you'll see a trend chart view with info on the trend in the last four weeks, the target, and the deviation.
A link to investigate might appear when supported (available for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, at the account, campaign, or label level for certain metrics). This will redirect you to our PPC investigator tool for that particular account and specific metrics to analyze what happened. Read more about this feature here.
Snooze or Resume Alerts
Active alerts can be snoozed for 1, 7, or 28 days and equally resumed through the same process.
