What is the Free Grants Account offering?
Optmyzr provides a special plan exclusively for users managing only Google Ad Grant accounts. Eligible users can subscribe to our lowest-spending plan, and the subscription fees will be waived. This offer ensures non-profit organizations can optimize their Google Ad Grant campaigns without incurring additional costs.
Important considerations
You must manage only Google Ad Grant accounts.
You will be asked to provide the account IDs of all Google Ad Grant accounts you wish to connect to Optmyzr.
If you want to connect both regular and grant accounts, you will be asked to share all account IDs for proper billing adjustments.
We may conduct billing audits periodically, to verify eligibility.
What is the subscription process?
Start a free trial and subscribe to the lowest monthly plan.
Notify Optmyzr once the subscription is active. After verifying your account details, the billing team will refund the initial charge within 72 hours.
For subsequent months, the billing team will generate an invoice of $0, ensuring no further charges.

1. Do I need to pay the Optmyzr subscription amount if I’m charging a fee for managing grant accounts?
Yes, if you are charging clients for managing Google Grant accounts, those accounts will count toward your plan limits, and fees will apply.
2. How does the Grants plan (subscription and limits) work if I’m managing paid accounts in addition to grant accounts?
If you manage both paid and grant accounts, grant account spend will be excluded from the overall spend calculation, provided you’ve shared the account IDs with Optmyzr.
However, this exclusion applies only if you do not charge fees for managing grant accounts.
3. What is the maximum ad spend limit on the Free Grants Plan?
Google Ad Grant accounts on the Free Grants Plan are limited to $20,000 in monthly spend per account. Accounts exceeding this threshold may be subject to additional verification or charges.
