Revamped Alert Settings for Better Monitoring

The Alert Settings page has been improved to allow for smoother KPI and budget alert creation. You can also filter your alerts more granularly by selecting multiple entities across various filters.

Unified Alerts for Budgets

Instead of two separate triggered alerts for pacing and tracking monthly Budgets, we now have a combined alert within the budget monitor. Once you set up an alert with a specific monthly target budget and a budget cycle, you can choose to:

  • be notified whenever your account is under or overpacing

  • be notified when the spend reaches a certain threshold of your target budget, and

  • pause campaigns automatically when the aggregate spend approaches the target budget, and re-enable them on the 1st of the next month.

Alert Owners for Improved Transparency

If you set up actions to pause and re-enable campaigns, the changes will be made using the specific user's email, referred to as the Alert Owner. So, please ensure that the email used to link the account has ”Write” access. If not, you will see an error message as in the image below.

Get PMax Placement Data with Rule Engine

Generate automated reports about specific placements where your Performance Max ads served using the new PMax Placement scope in Rule Engine. You can choose to keep or exclude them based on performance, to ensure that your ads are shown on placements that are more likely to convert.

Create Campaigns On-Demand with Rapid Campaign Launcher

Advertisers often struggle with creating similar campaign structures across multiple accounts, requiring them to repeat the entire setup process for each one.

Rapid Campaign Launcher simplifies this by allowing you to create a master campaign template without adding a data source. For example, if you're launching campaigns across multiple geographies with slight variations in pricing, discounts, or brands, you no longer need to set up each campaign manually in Google. Instead, simply create a template, plug in the relevant values, and generate new campaigns within seconds—saving time and ensuring consistency across accounts. (User Guide)

Streamlined Reports on Disapproved Ads and Assets

Simplify your ad monitoring process and proactively address Google Ads policy violations with a new addition to Enhanced Scripts – Report on Disapproved Ads and Assets.

This script provides a comprehensive report on disapproved ads and ad extensions across multiple accounts, enabling you to quickly identify and resolve issues before they disrupt your campaigns or lead to sudden drops in traffic. (User Guide)

Amazon Ads Improvements

Spend Projection for Amazon Ads

The Spend Projection tool analyzes spend data, historical seasonality, and recent performance to forecast how much your Amazon Ads account will likely spend by the end of the chosen time period.

For Amazon Ads, you can use the "ignore last N days" toggle to exclude potentially inaccurate performance data from the last few days. (User Guide)

Currently, this is supported for the following asset types: Sitelinks, Callouts, Structured Snippets, Call, and Promotions.

2-Factor Authentication Via Authenticator App

You can now opt for 2FA using the Authenticator app which generates a time-based OTP. Email OTP will remain available as a fallback in case of issues with the Authenticator app.
