Create a streamlined workflow to manage PPC tasks better this year

Managing your PPC workflow this year is now easier with Optmyzr's revamped Blueprints, our popular workflow management tool. Featuring a more user-friendly interface, this tool caters to both solo account managers and teams.

Whether you seek AI-generated blueprints for specific goals, customization of pre-built blueprints created for common PPC objectives, or prefer framing your Optmyzr workflow from scratch, Blueprints has you covered. Check out our blog for detailed steps on the setup process.

Monitoring account performance and budget

Monitor account health on the All Accounts Dashboard

Introducing Optmyzr's brand-new feature to help you evaluate the overall well-being of your Google Ads account - the “Account Health Score” column on the All Accounts Dashboard!

This unique scoring system is developed based on essential account setup and management best practices gathered from years of customer insights. This aids you in monitoring various aspects such as disapproved ads and products, KPI alerts, failed automations, etc., directly from the dashboard.

Download the All Accounts Dashboard data more frequently

In response to requests for more frequent downloads of the All Accounts Dashboard data, we've upgraded the "Export as CSV (All pages) via email" option.

Now, each team member registered with Optmyzr can download the data up to five times in a 24-hour period. This would help you access dashboard insights more frequently, facilitating smoother everyday account analysis. Check out this blog for more information.

New columns added to the All Accounts Dashboard for efficient budget tracking

Kicking off a series of features to simplify account budgeting across ad platforms, we're thrilled to introduce new columns on the All Accounts Dashboard. These columns, located under the "Performance" section alongside other budget-related metrics, include:

  • Remaining Budget: Calculated as the Target budget minus the spent or cost so far.

  • Required Daily Spend: Indicates the daily spend needed to achieve the target budget by the end of the cycle.

  • Expected Spend %: Represents the percentage of the budget that should have been spent by today, often referred to as MTD Target % Spend.

Anomaly Alerts now notifies you about steep changes in low-activity accounts too

Optmyzr's Anomaly Alerts now monitor low-activity accounts for steep performance changes too! Previously triggered only for accounts surpassing a specific impression threshold, we've updated the system.

Now, if an account's last 4-week average impressions is greater than 150 and today's count drops to 0, the system will promptly notify you. Sit back and let Anomaly Alerts keep a vigilant eye on all your accounts!

More accurate account audit due to the exclusion of fixed conversion trackers

We've recently updated the PPC Account Audit that evaluates your account based on the number of conversion trackers using the Last Click Attribution model.

In this update, we've excluded specific conversion types with unchangeable attribution models from the scoring process, ensuring a more accurate account audit. Here’s the list of the conversion types excluded from the audit.

Search Query Management

Understand the context behind the new keyword Optmyzr Express suggests adding

In response to valuable customer feedback, we've made an improvement to the "Add New Keywords" Express recommendation feature.

Now, you can directly view the campaigns and ad groups to which the new keywords would belong within the table itself, eliminating the need to click on an icon for this information, as was the earlier setup.

Check if the search term exists as a negative keyword at the account level while adding negatives

When analyzing search terms for potential negative keywords within your ad groups or campaigns, we've introduced a new attribute, "Search Term exists as negative keyword at Account Level" in Rule Engine’s "Ad Group Search Term" scope to streamline your process.

You can use this attribute to generate a report specifically highlighting search terms that are already present as negative keywords at the account level.

Amazon and Microsoft updates

Complete support for Amazon Sponsored Brands campaigns

We've recently upgraded the Amazon Sponsored Brands API for campaign management, offering you new capabilities in managing your Sponsored Brands campaigns. You can now manage both Sponsored Brands multi-ad group and legacy campaigns (those with a single ad group structure) within the Rule Engine and other Optmyzr tools.

Notably, as Brand Videos are no longer a separate campaign type, Rule Engine now supports Sponsored Brands campaigns with the video ad format instead.

New alert to monitor ACoS

Set an alert to effortlessly monitor your account or campaign's Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS). The system would promptly notify you about any undesirable or unexpected fluctuations in ACoS to help you take proactive measures to reduce campaign costs.

Microsoft Performance Max campaigns supported in further tools

We’ve now expanded support for Microsoft Performance Max campaigns in additional tools beyond budget management, giving you a unified approach to managing your PMax campaigns. The following tools now support PMax campaigns:

  • Account Dashboard

  • PPC Investigator

  • Performance Comparison

  • Geo Heatmap

  • Hour of the Week Analysis

  • Ad scheduling using Hour of the Week Bidder

  • Reports

  • Manage Optmyzr Labels
