What are Custom Conversion Actions?
A conversion action is a specific customer action that you've defined as valuable to your business, such as an online purchase or phone call. Tracking conversion actions lets you see how your ads lead to those meaningful actions.

How to Incorporate a Conversion Action into Optmyzr?
Custom conversion support in Optmyzr is available for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads*. The Account Settings tab in the Optimization Side Tray allows you to include additional conversion actions, GA4 Conversion events, and to integrate data from SA360. You can read more about it here.
Below is a list of all the different places throughout Optmyzr where Custom Conversion actions are supported.
*All tools apart from the All Accounts Dashboard currently support custom conversions only for Google Ads.
All Accounts Dashboard
The Columns Dropdown on the All Accounts Dashboard includes a section called 'Custom Conversions', which lists all the conversion actions that you chose to include using the Optimization Side Tray. Selecting one from the dropdown will add it as a new column in the dashboard.
You can configure custom conversions for an account directly from the All Accounts Dashboard.
Click on the three-dot menu beside the account, and navigate to "Edit Account Details."
This will open the Account Management Side Tray, where you can add custom conversions. Under the ‘Custom Conversions’, you’ll find a dropdown including a list of custom conversions set up in the account. You can check the box of the different conversions you’d like to be reported on. You can select up to 5 custom conversions.

Account Dashboard
Conversion actions can be included as a metric in a few widgets on the Account Dashboard. You can use these widgets to analyze and report on your custom conversions
Note: Please make sure to add Google Custom Conversions in the settings of your accounts before you wish to add them to the All Accounts Dashboard or Account Dashboard.
Rule Engine
The Rule Engine lets you create custom optimizations to make bulk changes to your ad accounts using if-then-else statements. You can create personalized optimization sequences, alerts, and reports and automate these to run on a schedule.
When editing a rule in a Rule Engine strategy you can choose a conversion action to be added as a metric from the 'Custom Conversions' and 'Custom Conversions Values' sections.
Keyword Lasso
Select your custom conversions to be included as a column in the tool. Get more granular data on your keywords. Read more about it here.
