Monitor your Amazon Seller Central Metrics with Optmzr Alerts

You can now track key Seller Central metrics like TACoS, Total Sales, Total Orders, and Average Order Value, directly within the Alerts tool in Optmyzr. This feature allows you to monitor significant changes in your business performance in real-time, enabling you to act quickly and prevent revenue loss.

By receiving alerts for these metrics, you can stay on top of demand fluctuations, stock challenges, and advertising performance declines without the need for constant report checks. (User Guide)

New Conversion Rate Metric for Performance-Based Campaigns

In our ongoing effort to improve campaign management, we have added a new metric - Conversion Rate, for creating performance bucket rules in the Smart Product Labeler and Shopping Campaign Management tool. This metric reflects actual purchase efficiency, allowing you to prioritize high-converting items and optimize your campaigns for better results.

New Pre-Built Date Range in Rule Engine

We’ve introduced a new pre-defined date range option called "This Week" in the Rule Engine. You can choose to set up conditions with date range options, such as:

  • This Week (Mon–Today)

  • This Week (Sun–Today)

  • This Week (Excluding Weekends)

  • Last Week (Mon–Sun)

  • Last Week (Sun–Sat)

  • Last Week (Excluding Weekends)

These date ranges have been added to provide greater flexibility in managing your rules and strategies in Rule Engine. (User Guide)

Improved Navigation in Portfolio Dashboard

To streamline your experience, we have introduced dedicated Search and Social tabs to the Portfolio Dashboard. If you have a portfolio that has both Search and Social ads accounts linked to it, you'll be able to view performance for both, without jumping between tools. This intuitive design allows for faster access to platform-specific insights, making portfolio navigation more efficient. (User Guide)

Unified All Accounts Dashboard for Search and Social

We’ve consolidated the All Accounts Dashboard across Search and Social ad platforms. This unified dashboard allows you to view all your ad accounts connected to Optmyzr in one place, enhancing accessibility and management. (User Guide)

Portfolio Creation with LinkedIn Accounts

You can now create and edit portfolios that include LinkedIn accounts from the All Portfolio Dashboard for Search. This allows for more diverse portfolio creation, making it easier to manage your Social campaigns alongside your Search efforts. (User Guide)

Subscription-Aware Budget Management Tools

We’ve updated our Budget Management tools to be more subscription-aware. This means that changes in your subscription will directly affect the accounts utilized for budget management.

If you have portfolios that include both Search and Social Ads accounts, but you do not have a paid subscription to either Optmyzr for Search or Optmyzr for Social, unsupported accounts will not be utilized in Budget calculations. Additionally, any impacted Budget Monitors will be automatically paused, ensuring accurate tracking.

Unsupported accounts will be flagged, and you can easily remove them from the Portfolio Manager.
