AI for Account, Ad & Campaign Management

Shopping Campaign Manager & Launcher (AI-Generated Campaign Structure)

The Shopping Campaign Manager & Launcher helps you create and maintain Google Shopping and PMax Retail campaigns. When building a campaign structure, you can choose to create it manually or request AI-generated suggestions based on one of three strategies:

  • Most Frequent Attributes: Suggests a structure based on the most popular product attributes used in the industry for the selected account.

  • Best Performing Attribute Combinations: Uses the top-performing attribute combinations from your account to recommend an optimal structure.

  • Performance-Based Segmentation: Suggests campaign creation based on performance metrics, specifically ROAS and Cost.

The AI feature also checks whether the selected strategy is optimal for your account. If it determines the current choice is not ideal, it will recommend an alternative strategy or allow you to create a structure manually. The system also takes into account the number of entities (campaigns, ad groups, asset groups, product groups, listing groups) that a structure would create, to ensure the total stays within Google Ads limits.

You can also create Optmyzr Smart Campaigns, which are Standard Shopping Campaigns on Target ROAS bidding (requires a minimum of 15 conversions in the last 30 days for the selected merchant feed).

Rapid Campaign Launcher

The Rapid Campaign Launcher helps you quickly build and launch Search, Display, and Dynamic Search Ads campaigns using reusable templates. It is designed for teams managing similar campaign structures across multiple Google Ads accounts, ensuring consistency in naming conventions, structure, and settings.

Key capabilities include:

  • Creating one master campaign template and apply it across multiple accounts without needing a data source.

  • Using dynamic placeholders (e.g., {brand}, {category}) in campaign names and ad copy for automated customization per account.

  • Adding ad group templates with keywords, ads, and extensions — each configurable independently.

  • Adding negative keyword lists at the campaign level, either from existing lists or newly created ones.

  • Viewing all ad groups, ads, and keywords before applying, and either push directly to Google Ads or download as a CSV.

AB Test for Ads

The AB Testing for Ads optimization is a data-driven tool that helps you compare ads with statistically significant data in the same ad group.

While creating a new ad using the tool, you will be able to generate AI-based suggestions for ad assets based on high-performing ones, allowing you to get some more variety of suggestions and have more choices. This is only available for headlines and descriptions for RSAs. Read more about it here.

Quality Score Tracker

The Quality Score Tracker tool allows you to improve the performance of low-quality score keywords by adding them to their own single-keyword ad group (SKAG).

You have the option to edit the respective RSAs while creating a SKAG for a particular keyword where you will be able to add, remove, or pin headlines and descriptions as well as edit the URL and path for Ad.

The tool also shows suggestions for new headlines on the right side. You have the option to choose between AI-generated suggestions or suggestions from already existing ads. Read more about it here.

Optmyzr Express

Optmyzr Express shows you optimization suggestions across accounts. It is designed to work as a to-do list for your Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Yahoo Japan Ads accounts.

The 'Add Missing Ads (RSA)' and 'Fix Ads with Issues (RSA)' express optimizations support generative AI. You can get AI-generated suggestions for various ad assets such as headlines and keywords. Read more about it here.

Account Blueprints

Optmyzr's Account Blueprints allow you to schedule a series of recurring or one-time tasks for you and your team to organize, manage, and enhance your PPC workflow.

You can choose to create a variety of tasks, whether they involve configuring optimizations using Optmyzr's tools across multiple Google Ads accounts or organizing team meetings and business reviews.

While configuring a new blueprint you will have the option to 'Use AI Generated Blueprint' enabling you to input a custom prompt or use one of the suggestions to create a Blueprint within seconds with the help of AI.

The AI will generate a blueprint for you by selecting the appropriate tools to help you achieve your goal and setting the task order based on relevance. Read more about it here.

Machine Learning for Bidding & Targeting

Geo Bid Adjustment & Audience Bid Adjustment tools

The Geo Bid Adjustment tool makes recommendations for bid adjustments on locations based on performance. Even if you're not directly targeting a location, you can analyze the performance and the tool will add it as a target, and set the bid adjustment. You can set bid adjustments at country, region, city, and zip code/pin code level. Read more about it here.

Similarly, the Audience Bid Adjustment tool analyzes performance to provide bid adjustment recommendations based on targeted audiences, which can be analyzed at either the ad group or campaign level. Read more about it here.

The system uses a homegrown machine learning algorithm to analyze data collected across various verticals. By analyzing the average trend of a particular vertical at different geo zones or for various audiences, combined with the data of your account, the ML model will be able to provide you with specific bid adjustments to help you achieve your desired goal.

Traffic Segment Scorer

The Score Traffic Segments lets you rate audience segments based on how valuable they are to your business — going beyond the metrics Google can already observe, such as CTR or conversion rate, to incorporate business-specific factors like Customer Lifetime Value, deal size, or margin.

You can score segments across five dimensions: City, Region, Country, Device, and Audience. Each segment is rated from 1–5 relative to your average conversion value. These scores become the training data that Optmyzr uses to recommend Conversion Value Rules in the Optimize Value Rules tool. Segments can also be bulk-scored using a downloadable template — useful for sharing with clients or stakeholders.

Read more about it here.

Optimize Value Rules – VBB

The Optimize Value Rules tool suggests bid magnitudes for Google Ads Conversion Value Rules based on the segment scores you assigned in Score Traffic Segments. Conversion Value Rules let you tell Google's Smart Bidding how much more (or less) a conversion from a specific location, device, or audience is worth to your business. Smart Bidding then uses these rules to adjust bids at auction time.

Machine Learning for Budget & Spend

Spend Projection

The Spend Projection tool analyzes data to predict how much the ad account is likely to spend by the end of the selected time period. Spend levels can fluctuate, so the tool gives you a range for the projected spend.

The system evaluates factors such as:

  • Day of the week patterns

  • Weekly and yearly seasonality

  • Historical spend data and account growth

  • Recent spending trends and budget changes

Based on this analysis, it generates a projected spend range (expected, minimum, and maximum) for your account.

Finally, an AI-generated summary appears above the cumulative and daily spend charts to reduce manual effort in interpreting spend trends, seasonality, and weekday patterns. Read more about it here.

Optimize and Reallocate Budgets

The Optimize and Reallocate Budgets tool uses ML to analyze spend across campaigns and shared budgets, identify portions unlikely to be fully spent, and reallocate them toward campaigns with the strongest potential for improved performance. It offers two system-generated strategies:

  • Smart Strategy: Optmyzr automatically tests multiple allocation scenarios and surfaces the one with the highest potential impact — whether that's driving more conversions, improving efficiency, or maximizing clicks.

  • Optimize for Metric: You select a target metric (ROAS, Conversions, Conversion Value, Clicks, or CPA) and the system generates budget changes accordingly.

You can define budget change limits at the per-budget, portfolio, and account levels, lock recently modified budgets, apply bulk changes, and export suggestions as a CSV. A Summary & Media Mix Charts tab shows the projected impact across platforms and key metrics.

AI for Analysis & Reporting

Rule Engine Search Term and Keyword Intent Similarity (AI)

This Rule Engine attribute uses AI to assess the semantic similarity between search terms and the keywords that triggered them. Rather than comparing queries and keywords purely on text matching, it evaluates intent alignment — identifying cases where a search term and its triggering keyword are semantically close or divergent in meaning.

This is particularly useful in accounts using broad or phrase match keywords, where Google’s AI-driven matching can trigger ads for queries that share surface-level word similarity but differ in user intent. The tool helps you:

  • Identify search terms that are genuinely aligned with the intent of the triggering keyword.

  • Flag search terms that diverge significantly in meaning or intent, making them candidates for negation.

  • Evaluate word-level, word-order, and semantic similarity scores between queries and keywords in the Rule Engine.

  • Reduce wasted spend on low-intent queries that traditional match-type filtering would miss.

The intent similarity scoring is available as an attribute within the Rule Engine, enabling you to build automated strategies that act on semantic relevance, not just keyword text. Read more about it here.

PPC Narrator Widget

The PPC Narrator widget can be included in your Optmyzr Reports for both Google and Microsoft Ads Accounts. It provides textual explanations of the changes that have occurred in your ad account when comparing data from two different date ranges.

The widget gives you the option to generate text using AI to get detailed explanations of metric changes, offering context on how these changes influence your business and can either emphasize areas of improvement or inform you about positive changes within your account. You can read more about it here.

PPC Account Audit

The 'Ad Groups with Too Few Responsive Search Ads' audit enables you to create new Responsive Search Ads directly from the audit report page. By clicking on the 'Generate Suggestions' button, you can access AI-based suggestions for headlines and descriptions using already existing ads in your campaign as a reference.

All AI-generated content in Optmyzr — including suggestions, summaries, insights, and strategy recommendations — is designed to support your decision-making, not replace it. Always review AI-generated output before applying changes to your accounts.
