What Is It?

The Google Ads Billing Alerts feature in Optmyzr is designed to keep you informed about important billing issues, disapprovals, and policy changes related to your Google Ads accounts, all in one place. This feature is currently available in beta, and interested users can contact support to gain early access.

How to Get Started

To enable Google Ads Billing Alerts, please follow these steps:

1. Request Early Beta Access

Reach out to our support team to request early access to the Google Ads Billing Alerts feature. Be sure to specify your interest in this new tool.

2. User Access Configuration

Enabling this feature will grant the following user email-only access to your Google Ads account:


Email: alerts-service@optmyzr.com
This user will receive notifications about your account activity but will not have the ability to manage or make changes to your account.

IMPORTANT: Please note that everyone with access to your Google Ads account will be able to see that the alerts-service user has been added. Additionally, current users of the account may receive an email notification informing them of this new user.

3. Confirmation Process

To proceed with adding the alerts-service user to your Google Ads account, please confirm your agreement by typing "continue" in the text box and press submit.

The Google Ads Billing Alerts feature in Optmyzr is a valuable tool to help you stay on top of important updates regarding your advertising accounts. By enabling this feature, you can ensure that you are promptly informed about any billing issues or policy changes, all in one place.

Where to Access the Email Notifications in Optmyzr?

Navigate to the bell icon on the top right corner of the Optmyzr tool. You'll see an option to view the Google Email Notifications along with your other alerts.
