Optmyzr For Search

Optimize and Reallocate Budgets Based on Your Set Target

The Optimize Budgets tool now includes a new option that allows you to run budget optimization strategies while explicitly aiming for a target budget.

With Hit Target Budgets, Optmyzr will:

  • Run the selected budget optimization strategy

  • Adjust budgets to move toward the target you’ve defined

  • Clearly explain when the target cannot be reached through budget changes alone

If spend is capped due to campaign constraints (for example, limited impression eligibility), Optmyzr surfaces the reason so you understand what’s preventing further spend. (User Guide)

Sidekick Full-Screen Experience

Sidekick is now available in a new full-screen experience, giving you a natural language workspace to analyze, explore, and act on PPC data.

With this update, Sidekick can:

  • Respond to complex, multi-part prompts with contextual reasoning

  • Generate reporting-style visualizations

  • Build optimization strategies using Rule Engine

  • Create and analyze alerts

  • Switch account context mid-conversation

Sidekick uses Optmyzr’s proven optimization logic and data models, ensuring insights remain reliable and actionable. (User Guide)

Shopping Campaign Management for Microsoft Ads

The Shopping Campaign Management tool is now available for Microsoft Ads, bringing a unified workflow for managing existing Shopping and PMax campaigns.

With the new tool, you can:

  • Manage existing Standard Shopping and PMax campaigns in one place

  • Create and edit asset group structures

  • Refresh campaigns using the latest merchant feed data

  • Preview product, bid, and structural changes before applying

  • View key performance metrics directly on the tool landing page

Note: Campaign creation for Microsoft Ads is not yet supported in this tool and will be introduced in a future update. In the coming months, this new experience will replace the Shopping Builder and Shopping Refresher tools for Microsoft Ads.

Smart Product Labeler Enhancements

Three major enhancements have been added to Smart Product Labeler to make product segmentation more flexible and expressive. (User Guide)

Top-Level Product Filters

You can now filter products upfront using feed attributes before applying performance bucket logic. This allows you to focus labels on specific subsets, such as brands or categories.

OR Logic in Performance Buckets

Performance buckets now support OR conditions, allowing products to qualify for a label if any defined condition group is met. This makes it easier to define multiple ways for a product to qualify for the same label or bucket.

Improved Visibility into Existing Custom Label Values

Smart Product Labeler now provides clearer visibility into existing custom label values already applied to your products.

When configuring or updating label rules, you can see which custom label values are currently in use. This helps you avoid unintentionally overwriting labels that are already driving structure, bidding, or reporting elsewhere in your account.

Improved All Accounts Dashboard Customization

The All Accounts Dashboard in Optmyzr has been enhanced with a more flexible column picker experience. The improvement includes cleaner, categorized metric selection, making it easier to find the right metrics, especially when working with large accounts. (User Guide)

Bulk Upload Options for Budgets (Beta)

Bulk Upload Options introduce a new way to manage budgets and account-level attributes at scale.

You can:

  • Upload target budgets and attributes in bulk

  • Apply changes immediately or schedule them for future dates

  • Manage budgets at both Account and Budget Group levels

  • Preview data, errors, and timelines before applying changes

Supported platforms include Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, Yahoo! Japan Ads, and Facebook Ads. (User Guide)

Create Rule Engine Strategies Using AI (Beta)

You can now create Rule Engine strategies using natural language, powered by AI. Instead of manually building conditions, you can describe what you want the rule to do using plain text.

For example, you can say, “Identify bad search terms in the last 30 days." Optmyzr interprets the intent of your input and generates a corresponding Rule Engine strategy that you can review, refine, and apply. (User Guide)

Optmyzr For Social

Meta Campaign Creation Improvements

Creating Meta campaigns is now simpler and more streamlined using the Social Campaign Launcher. You can now launch a single Meta campaign that runs across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network, and Threads

This unified setup removes the need to manage separate placement-specific campaigns and ensures consistent structure and targeting across Meta surfaces. (User Guide)

Improved Support for Advantage+ Placements

The Social Campaign Launcher now includes built-in support for Advantage+ placements, along with automatic validation based on your selected campaign objective.

With this update:

  • Placement options adjust dynamically based on campaign type

  • Unsupported placement combinations are flagged before launch

  • Campaigns align more closely with Meta’s best-practice recommendations (User Guide)

Unified Account & Portfolio Management

Account and portfolio management has been streamlined across Search and Social.

What’s new:

  • A unified Manage Linked Accounts page for Search and Social (User Guide)

  • Support for managing LinkedIn Ads accounts alongside Meta

  • Portfolio creation and editing from a single side tray

  • Ability to add 20 accounts per Portfolio (User Guide)
