What is the Platform Migration Service?

The Platform Migration Service is a complimentary onboarding service for customers on Premium and Enterprise plans.

Our team works with you to replicate your existing setup from other third-party platforms inside Optmyzr, including automations, reporting, and workflows, so you can continue working in a familiar way without rebuilding everything manually.

Why Use It?

Moving platforms often comes with a big setup burden. This service is designed to remove that friction.

With platform migration support, you can:

What Does the Service Cover?

We replicate your existing setup using Optmyzr’s native capabilities across three key areas:

1. Operational Configuration

  • Rebuilding automation rules (thresholds, triggers, actions)

  • Recreating alerts and monitoring systems

  • Replicating account structures (e.g., portfolios or budget groupings)

  • Assisting with Shopping and feed-based campaign setup

2. Reporting & Dashboards

  • Rebuilding custom reports to match your previous formats

  • Creating dashboards to monitor performance

  • Setting up scheduled reports for automated delivery

3. Workflow Management

  • Recreating recurring optimization routines

  • Replicating structured workflows currently used by your team

What’s Not Included?

While we aim to closely match your existing setup, there are some important limitations:

  • Only Optmyzr-supported features: We can only replicate what’s possible within Optmyzr.

  • No strategy or consulting: This service does not include campaign strategy, audits, or optimization advice.

  • No user access management: Roles, permissions, and account access settings are not part of the migration service.

  • No external tools or custom systems: Third-party tools, scripts, or unsupported workflows cannot be migrated.

  • No platform-specific tracking setup: We don’t migrate or modify tracking templates or URLs from other platforms (e.g., tracking URLs/templates from other platforms).

Fair Usage Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient migration process, the following guidelines apply:

  1. Migration is limited to replicating the existing setup, not making new changes or improvements to the original setup.

  2. The Customer Success team will evaluate the complexity of the request and their current workload to inform the customer of the individual timeline. This timeline evaluation will begin after our team has reviewed your submission and formally confirmed in writing that all required information has been received and is complete.

  3. This service is included as part of your onboarding and is available at the time of your platform switch only, not as an ongoing support service. All required data must be submitted within 30 days of signing up as a Premium or Enterprise customer with Optmyzr, or the request lapses.

  4. All data must be submitted in accepted formats: spreadsheets, documents, screenshots, or videos. We are unable to process incompatible or unstructured inputs.

  5. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide. Our team will replicate what is submitted, so please ensure everything shared reflects your intended setup.

  6. Post-delivery, one round of revisions is included to address any replication errors. This is limited to fixing what was migrated and does not cover new additions or changes that were not part of your original setup. Any delay in providing revisions will result in a corresponding extension of the service timeline.

  7. If additional or revised data is submitted after the initial handoff, the timeline will restart from the point of the new submission.

  8. Migration covers only features and capabilities available natively within Optmyzr. Custom development or workarounds for unsupported functionality are outside the scope of this service.

  9. External tool integrations, scripts, or third-party automations that have no equivalent within Optmyzr are not included in the migration.

  10. The service does not include work to strip, migrate, or manage platform-specific tracking elements (e.g., tracking URLs/templates) or any other non-Optmyzr-specific platform changes.

  11. Once you have reviewed and approved the migrated setup, it is considered final and accepted, and the responsibility for the configuration transfers to you at the point of sign-off.

  12. This service is available exclusively to customers on Premium and Enterprise plans at the time of sign-up. Requests from customers on other plans will not be eligible.
