Optmyzr Tool Navigation

Learn how to navigate Optmyzr tools using the menu, including managing team members, monitoring performance, and creating reports. You’ll also find where to access your profile settings, announcements, and other key areas within the platform.

The navigation menu on the left side of the platform view is a central access point to all the tools. It helps you quickly move between accounts, monitor performance, run audits, optimize campaigns, and generate reports.

The top-right navigation menu gives you quick access to account-level options across Optmyzr, such as Optmyzr Sidekick, Beamer announcements, the tool search bar, triggered KPI/Budget Alerts, and an account dropdown, where you can manage settings, users, language preferences, and more.

Accessing Tools

The navigation menu helps locate and access tools efficiently.

  • You can search directly within the menu to find a specific tool

  • You can filter tools by platform (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.)

  • The menu groups similar tools together, reducing clutter and improving discoverability

Here you can get access to:

Activity Dashboard

It is a dashboard meant to help you keep track of the activity you've done in Optmyzr for the last couple of weeks. (User Guide)

Settings and Users

This page gives you access to:

  • Subscription

  • Password, profile, and preference update

  • Integrations (Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zapier)

  • Users and user roles (Read more)

Language Options

The platform supports multiple language options to make your experience more accessible and user-friendly.

Available Languages

You can choose from:

  • English

  • German

  • Spanish

  • Japanese

How to Change the Language?

To change the language:

  • Go to the Profile dropdown in the top-right corner of the navigation bar

  • Select your preferred language

The platform view updates instantly. The platform saves your language preference automatically, so you don’t need to reset it each time.

Triggered Alerts

When you click on the bell icon, you can view different types of alerts, such as:

  • KPI & Budget Alerts

  • Automation Alerts

  • Google Email Notifications

Each alert category shows a count, helping you quickly identify if something needs your attention.

Help and Resources

The ‘question mark’ icon gives you quick access to Help Center articles. No matter which tool you’re using, you can find relevant documentation through the Help and Resources section in the top-right navigation menu.

Search Icon

The search icon opens a search bar that lets you quickly find tools and Help Center articles across Optmyzr.

Beamer Announcements

The ‘microphone’ icon highlights what’s new in Optmyzr. Click it to view the latest updates and announcements.
