A Smarter Navigation Experience

The side navigation menu has been redesigned to provide a cleaner and more streamlined experience.

With this update, you can:

  • Filter tools by platform directly within the navigation menu

  • Search for tools without leaving the menu

  • Navigate a simplified list with similar tools grouped together

This makes it easier to quickly locate the tools you need, especially when working across multiple platforms. The focus is on simplifying how you access Optmyzr tools. (Read More)

View Portfolio Performance in One Unified Dashboard

We’ve streamlined how you access and analyze portfolio data by bringing the Portfolio view directly into the All Accounts Dashboard.

With this update, you can:

  • Switch to a dedicated Portfolio view using a view switcher

  • View all accounts within a portfolio with access to aggregated performance metrics

  • Retain your existing column selections for consistency

You can now evaluate portfolio-level performance without navigating between multiple dashboards. (User Guide)

New Rule Engine Attribute that Supports Intent-Level Matching

You can now evaluate Google Ads and Microsoft Ads search terms based on intent, not just wording—making your optimizations more accurate and context-aware.

The Search Term - Keyword Similarity (AI) attribute analyzes search term-keyword similarity and generates a simple 0–100 similarity score.

This new attribute:

  • Reduces wasted spend by detecting low-relevance or off-topic queries more effectively

  • Improves keyword expansion by focusing on semantic relevance

  • Helps create rules that are more accurate and easier to maintain at scale.

You can now move beyond text matching and optimize based on meaning. (Read more)

Note: This attribute is only accessible for Premium and Enterprise users. If you don’t have access to this feature, feel free to contact us at support@optmyzr.com, and our team will help you find the right subscription.

Accessible Optmyzr Experience with Multiple Languages

We’ve added multi-language support across both the Optmyzr website and tools, making the platform more accessible and easier to use. Your selected language applies consistently across the platform, with preferences automatically saved and carried across sessions.

The Language Selector lets you choose from:

  • English

  • Japanese

  • Spanish

  • German

Flexible Visualizations within Sidekick

We’ve introduced several enhancements to Sidekick 6.0 to make it easier to access insights, generate visualizations, and work across devices.

Sidekick now supports:

  • A responsive mobile view, allowing you to use all Sidekick features directly from your mobile browser

  • A wider range of reporting-style visualizations across multiple platforms, including Facebook and Amazon Ads, and additional options for Google and Microsoft Ads

These improvements support PPC data analysis and visualization more flexibly. (User guide)

Create and Manage Microsoft Shopping Campaigns

You can now create and manage Microsoft Shopping campaigns directly within Optmyzr, making it easier to scale and maintain campaign structures efficiently.

  • Create Standard Shopping, PMax Retail, and Optmyzr Smart campaigns in bulk

  • Group campaigns under a campaign group using labels

  • Create campaigns based on performance data or feed attributes

  • Configure key settings such as the campaign group name, budgets, bids, and PMax assets

  • Automate campaign management to keep your campaigns aligned with your latest merchant feed data

This update reduces manual effort, maintains a consistent campaign structure, and improves control over campaign building and optimization. (User guide)

Stay Ahead of Inventory Issues with Out-of-Stock Alerts and Audits

You can now set up alerts and audit capabilities to help you monitor product availability and prevent performance drops caused by out-of-stock items.

With the Out-of-Stock Products Alerts, you can:

  • Set up custom alerts based on the percentage and number of out-of-stock products

  • Trigger anomaly alerts to detect sudden drops in inventory levels (User guide)

The new Out-of-Stock audit helps you analyze and fix inventory-related issues. You can:

  • View the percentage of out-of-stock products

  • Download the full list of affected items

  • Use “Fix Now” to correct products incorrectly marked as out of stock (User guide)
