Introducing an Improved Sidekick Experience

Less Rework with Reusable Custom Prompts

Sidekick now allows you to save and reuse effective prompts and share them with your team. You can create a custom prompt in the "Explore More Prompts" pop-up or by using the Save CTA on a prompt you’ve already sent in chat.

To access your saved custom prompts, go to:

  • My Prompts for your personal collection

  • Team Prompts for prompts shared across your organization

Personalize Sidekick with AI Context

The new AI Profile button lets you define the Organization, User, and Account details to guide how Sidekick generates personalized insights and relevant recommendations.

Turn Insights into Action with Sidekick

Sidekick now lets you take action directly within your workflow through chat.

With this update, you can:

  • Manage and analyze accounts in the All Accounts Dashboard

  • Pull performance data and apply filters in the Account Dashboard

  • Update targets and track spend, pacing, and trends in the Budget Dashboard

  • Set budgets and date ranges in Spend Projection

  • Refine and apply keyword changes in Keyword Lasso

More Flexible Access to Sidekick Across Pages

You can access Sidekick’s mini version across key pages, such as All Portfolio Dashboard, All Accounts Dashboard, and Alerts Management.

On these pages, you can:

  • Ask questions without selecting an account in advance

  • Get prompted to choose an account only when your query requires specific context

You can read in detail about all the updates made to the Optmyzr AI Sidekick here.

Enable AI Access to Optmyzr with MCP Integration

You can now connect Optmyzr to AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude using the new MCP Integration available on the Settings page.

You can generate an API key directly from this section and use it to connect external AI tools. (User Guide)

Note: To make the integration and MCP configuration easier, follow the step-by-step setup guide available on the Settings page.

More Precision in Rules with Whole Word Matching

We have added two string field operators in the Rule Engine. These operators check if a string or items in the list contain the whole word as an exact match.

The new operators help build cleaner and more reliable rules.

  1. contains whole word: Matches if the field contains any of the specified values, as a complete word or phrase, not as part of another word.

  2. does not contain whole word: Matches if the field does not contain any of the specified values as a complete word or phrase. (User Guide)

Budget Optimization with Top Budgets Widget

The Top Budgets widget in the Budget Dashboard helps you quickly understand which budgets are driving the most impact.

With this widget, you can:

  • View budgets ranked by your selected metric to quickly spot top and underperforming budgets

  • Identify budgets that may need optimization

  • Navigate directly to the Optimize Budgets tool to take action (User Guide)

Automate Your Budget Updates with Google Sheets

New enhancements in Bulk Update Options makes target budget management easier. You can automate budget updates with Google Sheets integration.

Your data gets synced once daily, ensuring consistency without manual efforts. (User Guide)

Note: This feature is only available to Premium + Enterprise users.

Track Portfolio-Level Performance with KPI Alerts

You can create KPI alerts at the portfolio level to track performance across grouped accounts and respond faster to changes.

With this update, you can:

  • Access triggered alerts from both Alert Settings and the Portfolio View

  • View both portfolio-level and account-level alerts together through a hover card in Portfolio View for quick insights (User Guide)

Improved Usability for Feed Audits

Feed Audits allows you to easily make changes, navigate optimizations, and improve feed quality.

With this update, you can:

  • View existing and updated values side by side

  • Directly jump to the relevant section of the audit report by clicking on the feed audit scores in the Shopping Dashboard

Additionally, Feed Audits now offers improved brand detection. The “Title Missing Brand” audit accounts for variations like abbreviations and punctuation. (User Guide)

Expand Multi-Account Reporting to LinkedIn Ads

You can now include LinkedIn Ads in your multi-account reports, making it easier to analyze performance across Search and Social platforms in one place.

This allows you to build more unified reports by combining Search and Social data, giving you a clearer view of cross-channel performance. (User Guide)

Custom Events for Meta Ads Automation

Rule Engine for Meta Ads supports Custom Events as conditions and triggers at both the portfolio and account levels. You can now use Custom Events to define more tailored rules based on specific user actions. (Read more)
